Meanwhile in Germany….
Title of the Bild on Saturday, 17th March.
The ozone hole has finally been smaller. Our Earth will be healthy again.
UV radiation has been softened
The sun is not so agressive any more
24 degrees on the weekend
The Bild has the sixth-largest circulation worldwide, and it is the best selling daily paper in Europe, capable of forming mass-oppinion, that few other media.
Now, we are only one step away of admitting, that mostly the sun is responsible for the changes in our climate. Not the greenhouse gases, not the humans, the sun.
Would it be only a coincidence, that a new book has come out in Germany, called “Die kalte Sonne - Warum die Klimakatastrophe nicht stattfindet” (The Cold Sun - why is the the climate catastrophe not taking place)

So, we see record low temperatures, e.g. -34 Celsius in Bayern and the people in Usedom, by the Ostsee, saw even -29,1°. This is definitely something peculiar from a place called “Die Sonneninsel”, or the Sun Island, in English.
A women frozen to death on her own balcony in Dresden, the entire Balkan is buried under minimum half a meter of snow, and the deepest temperature of the last 40 years was registered in Mallorca, a place which has no average mean temperature below 15 C°. Now they have a jittering -1 Celsius, according to BBC.
Is this global warming already?
In September, Nobel Prize-winning physicist Ivar Giaever, a supporter of President Obama in the last election, publicly resigned from the American Physical Society (APS) with a letter that begins:
“I did not renew [my membership] because I cannot live with the [APS policy] statement: ‘The evidence is incontrovertible: Global warming is occurring. If no mitigating actions are taken, significant disruptions in the Earth’s physical and ecological systems, social systems, security and human health are likely to occur. We must reduce emissions of greenhouse gases beginning now.’
In the APS it is OK to discuss whether the mass of the proton changes over time and how a multi-universe behaves, but the evidence of global warming is incontrovertible?”
Perhaps the most inconvenient fact is the lack of global warming for well over 10 years now. This is known to the warming establishment, as one can see from the 2009 “Climategate” email of climate scientist Kevin Trenberth:
“The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can’t.”
But the warming is only missing if one believes computer models where so-called feedbacks involving water vapor and clouds greatly amplify the small effect of CO2.
In proposing the ban on IPCC funding, Blaine Luetkemeyer, a Missouri Republican, called the UN panel “nefarious”.
“The IPCC is an entity that is fraught with waste and fraud, and engaged in dubious science, which is the last thing hard-working American taxpayers should be paying for,” Luetkemeyer said in a statement.

Even the White House was not left unscathed. The spending package would cut funds for the White House climate change advisor. Carol Browner, the current adviser, recently announced her resignation.
